Returns or exchanges are accepted within a reasonable amount of time as long as the item is unworn, undamaged, has the original tagging, and is in the hat box where applicable. We do not charge a restocking or return fee. However, we will not refund the original shipping charge or be responsible for return shipping. There are a few exceptions. We will not exchange or return hats that we have altered or customized in any way such as reblocking the crown shape; cutting the brim; or changing the trim. Also, we cannot exchange or return any special orders of styles we don't stock. We will do our best to prevent the need for exchanges or returns due to size variances by measuring the individual hat if you can provide us with your head measurement.
